How your baby's medical information is handled

You are being asked to upload images of your child. That deserves a plain explanation of where they go and who can see them.

What we collect

The information you enter in the intake form (your baby's age, birth and family history, symptoms, any existing diagnosis, and your question), the image files you upload, and your email address. Payment is processed by Stripe; we receive a confirmation and the last four digits of the card, never the full card number.

How images are stored

Uploaded images are written to private encrypted object storage that has no public access. Files are never served from a public URL. Both you and the reviewing consultant on our clinical team reach them only through signed links that expire after a short period.

Who can see your case

The pediatric orthopedic consultants on our clinical team, and you through your private case link. Nobody else is given access. Your case is never used in marketing, teaching material, or publications without your separate written permission.

How long we keep it

Cases and reports are retained so you can re-download your report later. You can ask for your case and all uploaded images to be deleted at any time, and deletion is carried out within 30 days of the request.

What we do not do

We do not sell your data, do not share it with advertisers, and do not add you to marketing lists on the basis of a submitted case. Emails you receive relate to your case only, unless you explicitly opt in to anything else.

Your rights

You may request a copy of everything held about your case, ask for corrections, or ask for deletion. Contact us through the contact page and the request will be handled directly by the clinical team responsible for the service.
