If the images cannot be read
Sometimes an ultrasound is cropped, low resolution, or taken at an angle that makes a reliable reading impossible. If that happens, you are told exactly what is missing and refunded in full — you are never charged for a report that cannot help you.
Payments and privacy
Card payments are handled by Stripe; card details never touch this site. Your baby's images are stored in private encrypted storage and are only ever accessible through short-lived links issued to you and the reviewing consultant on our team.
