Which images should I upload?

Whatever imaging you already have: hip ultrasound images or reports for babies under about six months, or hip X-rays for older infants. Photos showing leg-crease asymmetry or limited leg spread are useful too. Upload the clearest full-size versions you have rather than screenshots of a screen where possible.

Is this a diagnosis?

No. This is an expert second opinion on the information and images you provide. A diagnosis requires an in-person examination. The report is designed to help you understand your situation and to have a better-informed conversation with the doctor treating your baby.

Can this replace my baby's own doctor?

It is not meant to. Most families use it when they want an independent reading before agreeing to a harness, a brace, or surgery, or when they have been told to simply wait and want to know whether that is reasonable. Keep your treating physician in the loop and share the report with them.

How is my baby's medical information handled?

Images and answers are stored in private encrypted storage that is not publicly reachable. Access happens only through short-lived links issued to you and the consultant reviewing your case. Your case is never used for marketing, and nothing is published without your written permission.

What if my images cannot be read properly?

You will be told what is missing or unclear and refunded in full. You are never charged for a report that cannot give you a useful answer.

How fast is the turnaround?

The focus is infant and childhood hip dysplasia. Cases involving adolescent or adult hip dysplasia are outside the scope of this service, and payment for those is refunded rather than reviewed.
